A shocking murder case with an unprecedented twist will be revealed on 'Kkokkomu'.

The 183rd episode of the SBS entertainment program 'The Story of That Day' (hereafter 'Kkokkomu'), airing on the 10th, will feature the final part of the special 'The Real', where retrial specialist lawyer Park Jun-young and Jang Sung-kyu will meet as storyteller and listener to discuss 'The 50-Year Cry of Death Row Inmate Oh Hwi-woong'. In addition to Jang Sung-kyu, actor Ryu Soo-young and aespa's Winter will also join as listeners.

This episode is expected to capture attention as it reveals the most legendary murder case among legal professionals. Notably, the 'Kkokkomu' production team plans to unveil the family of the death row inmate for the first time in 50 years, drawing interest to their story.

The story of the day deals with the 'Incheon Shinheung Market Family Murder Case' that occurred in 1974. At that time, the wife, Joo Jeong-sook (pseudonym), and a neighbor, Oh Hwi-woong, were arrested on suspicion of murdering her husband and two children.

The case, which was progressing smoothly due to the confessions of the two, took a turn when it was handed over to the prosecution, as Oh Hwi-woong claimed his innocence. Oh Hwi-woong confessed, "It was a false confession due to torture," bringing the case back to square one, while Joo Jeong-sook denied all wrongdoing, claiming that Oh Hwi-woong committed all the crimes.

Amid conflicting claims, Joo Jeong-sook made an extreme choice, plunging the case into further chaos, and ultimately, Oh Hwi-woong's death sentence was carried out without any murder evidence being found. His last words before facing execution were, "I did not kill anyone."

In response, retrial lawyer Park Jun-young took the initiative to reassemble the case, and the 'Kkokkomu' production team, after thoroughly investigating the Incheon area for over two weeks, managed to locate and interview the family of death row inmate Oh Hwi-woong, who had been in hiding for 50 years.

Listeners Ryu Soo-young and aespa's Winter expressed shock and horror throughout the unfolding story, with Winter revealing her sympathy by saying, "If I were tortured that seriously, I think I would also confess to killing someone."

Will Oh Hwi-woong's claims, who was executed as the perpetrator of the 'Incheon Shinheung Market Family Murder Case' 50 years ago, be proven true? What stories does that day hold? Tune in to 'Kkokkomu' airing on the 10th at 10:20 PM to find out.
