Creator Ralal revealed that she lost all the money she earned over the past 6 years.
On the 25th, Ralal appeared as a guest on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block'.
On that day, Ralal recalled her school days, saying, "I dreamed of being a musical actress. I asked to be taught acting since middle school, but they didn't let me. My family was struggling, so I worked part-time while secretly taking the entrance exam for an arts high school and failed. I always tried, but I failed every time."
She continued, "I really wanted to do musicals. I practiced at home every day, and my mom would ask, 'How much is it?' and then say, 'Don't talk nonsense' because acting academies are expensive. When I mentioned the arts high school, she said, 'How can you go to such an expensive and far place?' I couldn't do any of it. So I kept practicing at home."
Ralal, who started musicals in Daehangno without any plan, said, "I didn't receive proper payments. I endured for 6 months, but it was really hard to maintain my living. I was already working 3-4 part-time jobs, and I thought, 'Realistically, I can't pursue this path,' so I gave up and worked at a company. But I couldn't stay long because I had other things I wanted to do."
Ralal mentioned that she did many part-time jobs to make a living, saying, "I worked at a wedding hall for over 3 years. I did everything I could." She added, "I became an ace by selling a lot of traditional sweets nationwide. They said there had never been such numbers before. I sold 3,500 pieces on weekends."
On the other hand, Ralal confessed that she suffered a loss due to a pop-up store. She said, "When producing merchandise, I was told that once you order, you can't make it again. I had to determine the quantity of merchandise to sell for 2 weeks, but I couldn't guess how much to make." She continued, "I was really ignorant; at that time, I calculated the number of customers visiting the department store in one day multiplied by 2 weeks," surprising everyone.
Ralal stated, "I can't say how much I made, but I lost all the money I earned in 6 years. So these days, I openly say, 'I need to earn money for diapers.'" She added, "I hope my appearance fee is deposited as soon as possible today," which brought laughter.
