Chef Jeong Ji-seon was furious at the youngest for throwing away three packs of eggs.
In the KBS2 entertainment program 'Sajangnim Gwi-eun Dangnagi Gwi' (hereinafter 'Sajangui') broadcast on the afternoon of the 4th, Chef Jeong Ji-seon personally cooked for the firefighters.
On this day’s broadcast, Um Ji-won and announcer Hong Joo-yeon appeared, looking for the first boss, Lee Sang-moon. Um Ji-won said, “I brought something today. My mom sent it wrapped in a cloth by quick delivery. This has been in my family since my grandmother's grandmother. I estimate it to be worth 50 million won,” as she took out a family heirloom.
The commissioner laughed, saying, “It’s about 100 years old. Do you know Dapsimni? There are many there. If it’s about 100 years old, it’s not that old. It’s not from a noble family. It’s like a gochujang jar,”
to which Um Ji-won denied reality, saying, “It’s from my family, so that can’t be true.” Lee Sang-moon added, “To be honest, you can buy it for 20,000 to 30,000 won if you buy it cheap, and up to 100,000 won if you buy it expensive,” making the panel burst into laughter. Um Ji-won cried, saying, “I’ve carried this every time I moved... The management fee alone must be over 20,000 won.”
Revitalized, Um Ji-won took out the next heirloom, a teacup. Lee Sang-moon said, “This was made to look real. It’s worth 0 won,” which flustered Um Ji-won. Finally, Um Ji-won requested a vase, and Lee Sang-moon said, “This is a fake that looks like a real one. The shape itself doesn’t match. A fake is worth 0 won,” proving it to be a counterfeit.
Lee Sang-moon concluded, “If you’re going to throw it away, don’t throw it here,” which made everyone laugh.
After a roundabout return to KBS, the two called announcer Kim Jin-woong. At that moment, singer Nam Sang-il appeared, and Hong Joo-yeon said, “I will sing Lee Eun-mi’s ‘I Have a Lover’,” choosing the song. However, the chaotic pitch shocked all the guests, including the panel, and especially Park Myung-soo exclaimed, “At that level, I oppose the marriage in May,” shaking his head.
Even Jeon Hyun-moo was flustered, saying, “Have you never sung a song in your life?” and gave up on the idea of marriage.
After that, Hong Joo-yeon continued her singing practice.
The second boss to appear was Lee Soon-sil. Soon-sil revealed, “I’m planning to build a restaurant building in Dongtan. I have to do various things, but it’s too far, so I’m thinking of doing it in front of my house,” explaining why he was looking for a real estate agent. He added, “Last year, I signed a contract and lost only 10 million won. I took time to think and didn’t do it,” revealing a painful past that surprised the panel.
When asked if he had failed three times, Lee Soon-sil replied, “People don’t really like the bland taste of Pyongyang. This time, I broke my stubbornness. That’s why the sales of naengmyeon increased,” adding that he adjusted the food to local tastes.
The real estate agent said, “Welcome! There’s no naengmyeon specialty store here. There are 16,300 households, and everyone can come wearing slippers. There’s a commercial area formed without needing parking. It’s not a place where you can’t do business because there are no people,” exuding the scent of expertise.
In response, Soon-sil said, “I have conditions. First, it must be spacious and low-cost. And it should be close to home. Lastly, I want to go to a place with many fans. If you’re my fan, please show me a really good property,” setting conditions. The real estate agent replied, “I have a place to recommend, but it’s not a place I can introduce to just anyone,” and they moved together.
Upon visiting the restaurant, Soon-sil exclaimed, “Wow, it’s spacious!” and checked the state of the kitchen with a hawk’s eye. Before signing the contract, the four suddenly started a pork belly party, and the original store owner whispered, “The monthly sales were 50 to 60 million won. On weekends, about 300 people came. I couldn’t take a break for six years. I couldn’t take a break except during holidays,”
while the real estate agent tempted, “The monthly rent has decreased compared to ten years ago. The rent was 5 million won, but now it’s 4.2 million won for 10 million won. I’ll make sure there’s no key money.”

The third boss to appear was Chef Jeong Ji-seon. He stated, “I came to the fire station to film ‘It’s Okay to be Uncomfortable’,” revealing the reason for visiting Bundang.
After making the panel laugh with his poor acting, Jeong Ji-seon prepared a special lunch for the firefighters after finishing the filming with ups and downs. However, with the new chefs not coordinating at all, he hurriedly organized the surroundings, saying, “Shouldn’t we not leave this like this? Let’s talk about what each of us should do.”
However, as two new chefs continued to fumble, Jeong Ji-seon revealed in an interview, “It was messier than I thought. I was embarrassed that I couldn’t even open the rice cooker. I let my guard down. I thought I had to do everything myself.”
Park Da-som said, “I’m going to put in the sous vide eggs now,” and dropped the eggs all at once. Jeong Ji-seon, who confirmed it through VCR, was flustered, saying, “Why did you do that? I felt like the sous vide was being ruined continuously, wondering why they couldn’t do it like that.” The panel also lamented over the ruthlessly wasted sous vide, saying, “What a waste,” and “Didn’t they teach how to make sous vide?”
As there was no progress in making the sous vide, Jeong Ji-seon eventually stepped in, saying, “You only have 40 out of 60 eggs left? What about the remaining 60 out of 100 people? You need to think of a countermeasure yourself! Either go out and buy some or ask someone here,” directing them.
Later, Da-som fell while holding three packs of eggs, and seeing her on the verge of tears, Jeong Ji-seon said, “Don’t cry. Go out and get some fresh air. The kitchen itself is not easy for women, so I don’t like to show weakness,” explaining why he told the youngest to go out.
After many ups and downs, the four successfully completed the cooking and serving, providing a delicious meal for the firefighters.
‘Sajangui’ can be seen every Sunday at 4:45 PM on KBS2.
