A challenger suffering from osteoporosis embarks on a 3-week osteoporosis escape project through everyday solutions.

In the Channel A entertainment program 'The Birth of Body God', scheduled to air at 8:10 PM on the 8th, a challenger in their 60s, who has been suffering from osteoporosis for 8 years, will appear.

The challenger, who came to 'The Birth of Body God', revealed that they were first diagnosed with osteoporosis 8 years ago and have been taking calcium supplements, but their condition has not improved at all. They even confessed, "Recently, my bone health has deteriorated to the point where my implants have fallen out." To undergo re-treatment for the implants, the jawbone needs to be rebuilt, but due to osteoporosis, the bones have weakened, making re-treatment difficult, which adds to the sadness of the situation.

Orthopedic specialist Jo Byeong-chae, who examined the challenger's condition, compared the weakened bones due to osteoporosis to 'thin sticks' and emphasized that "osteoporosis is not limited to major joints like the back or legs; it can affect unexpected areas as well." He further explained that, like the challenger, dental issues can arise, leading to gum recession, and if inflammation worsens, it can even cause complications such as jawbone necrosis. He shocked everyone by stating that if osteoporosis occurs in the bones around the cochlea, it can lead to hearing loss.

Meanwhile, to find out why there has been no improvement in osteoporosis, a detailed examination of the challenger's daily life revealed that they had been eating a poor diet lacking in protein and had not been exercising at all. Particularly, the challenger's bone density level had deteriorated to a point where the risk of microfractures was significant, adding to the shock. In response, specialist Jo Byeong-chae sharply pointed out, "The challenger has not been following a proper diet or exercise," and strongly warned, "If you only rely on injections and medication without thoroughly managing your diet and exercise, osteoporosis will not improve at all."

In response, health exercise manager Gong Gyeong-sik introduced a 'Bone Density Up Exercise' solution that strengthens the bones like 'thin sticks'. The bone density up exercise consists of two movements, focusing on increasing the load on the bones using a wall. To increase bone density, it is essential to bear weight and stimulate the bones. The challenger, who was initially skeptical about the solution, reportedly praised it after seeing themselves sweating from the exercise and feeling the effects.

It remains to be seen whether the challenger can part ways with the osteoporosis that has entangled them for 8 years through the solution. 'The Birth of Body God' airs every Tuesday at 8:10 PM on Channel A.
